I made vegan double chocolate oatmeal cookies with orange chocolate bits and dried cherries. The oatmeal and the dried fruit makes it an acceptable breakfast choice.

today i made two kinds of cookies both from Vegan Cookies Take Over the World
linzertorte? cookies that are *almost* vegan (my love said “JUST LIKE YOU!”) except for the nutella i subbed in for hazelnut butter which is much more expensive and not chocolate. the filling is raspberry preserves.
the other are regular vegan sugar cookies, in bunny, duck, cat, and sheep shapes. i cut the cat and sheep with a knife.
